Epoxy Impregnated B-staged Polyester Needled Felt

Needled PET Felt which is impregnated with an Epoxy resin and B-staged.

Bondable Epoxy Impregnated Glass Cloth

Electrical grade woven fiberglass that is impregnated with an epoxy resin and fully cured as per EI-EMS-2042. The fully cured product is then coated with a b-staged epoxy coating on one side to provide a surface that is bondable upon the application of heat and pressure.

Bondable Epoxy Coated Nomex Paper

Kapton® polyimide film DuPont Nomex 411 paper ( 5 mil thru 15 mil thick) that is coated with a b-staged epoxy coating (EI321-14) on one side or both sides to provide a surface(s) that are bondable upon the application of heat and pressure. The b-staged coating of epoxy is supplied dry to the touch.

Pyrolock

PyroLock is a polyimide film coated on one side with a proprietary B-staged modified acrylic epoxy adhesive. PyroLock is used for a variety of applications for electrical insulation.

Epoxy coated Nomex®LN-508E Epoxy Coated Nomex Paper

LN-508E is a Nomex® 410 aramid paper coated both sides with B-staged epoxy resin for use as layer insulation, slot liners and phase insulation in electrical power equipment. This material is suitable for use in 180°C applications. The epoxy coating is tack free at room temperature, but will flow and bond to a wide variety of surfaces when the recommended cure cycle is followed.

Wraplock OWP

Wraplock OWP is an opaque white polyester film that has a B-staged epoxy coating on one or both sides. This B-staged adhesive will provide a bond layer when subjected to heat and pressure.

Wraplock OWP offers low shrinkage, low moisture absorption and excellent durability designed for insulating electrical components.

NT Epoxy Coated Nomex 411

NT Epoxy Coated Nomex 411 is designed to serve as a bondable insulation layer in motors, generators and transformers. It consists of a base layer of Nomex 411 coated on both sides with a b-staged epoxy adhesive. The material is designed to adhere well to copper and other metallic surfaces when pressed at temperatures between 140° and 175° C.
